Order Approval & Proofs
All orders require art proof approval before production begins. Once you approve a proof, production starts and changes may not be possible. Please review proofs carefully for spelling, colors, and design placement.
Artwork & Copyright
By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the legal right to use it. Jam 4 Apparel is not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork. We reserve the right to decline orders that infringe on third-party rights.
Returns & Reprints
Custom printed items are non-refundable once production has begun. If there is a production error on our part, we will reprint or refund. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.
Turnaround Times
Quoted turnaround times begin after art approval and payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.
