Custom decorated apparel is made to order. Our proof process helps ensure your order matches what you approved before production.
Proof Approval
You receive a proof before we print or embroider. Production begins after you approve the proof, so please review placement, spelling, colors, and sizing carefully.
If Something Is Wrong
If your finished order does not match the approved proof, contact us promptly. We stand behind our work and will work with you on a reprint or appropriate resolution.
Custom Orders
Because items are customized to your artwork and order details, standard retail returns generally do not apply once production has started on approved artwork.
